How To
Order
Ordering
from bighangerfashion.blogspot.com has never been easier! Just follow these
simple steps:
- browse the clothing first. Our latest items will be on the main page as featured products. If you are interested in an item, choose your size and fill the order form.
- If you wish to continue shopping, return to “Shop” page or click on the product
- categories on your left. If you wish to check out, do check on your order, choose your payment options and then “Submit” order.
- Remember to enter and verify your promotional code if you have one.
- We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we are processing your order and another one when your payment has been accepted and another when order has been dispatched.
Payment
- We accept bank transfers and cash
deposits to our bank accounts Maybank Banking Berhad and
CIMB.
- Please take note that every shopper
has 48 hours (2 days) upon placing an order grace period to make
payment for the item(s).
- If shoppers for any reason can only make payment later, kindly inform us by dropping us an e-mail at bighanger.fashion@gmail.com and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.
However, if we do not receive any e-mail from
the shopper, the invoice will be void and a cancellation acknowledgement will
be e-mail to the shopper.
Deliver
- Our standard deliveries days are
Wednesday and Saturday.
- Big Hanger will not be held responsible for any parcel lost or damaged en route delivery by PosMalaysia.
Please take note we cannot cancel an order or
change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched
Returns, Exchange and Refund
policy
Returns, Exchange and Refund are applicable for garments and bags if:
- We have made a mistake on an item sent to you; or;
- An item send to you was faulty or defect in sewing and damaged.

let us know of the mistake or defect within 3 days of receiving the item(s)
